While Mercenary has a mostly negative connotation this is not entirely accurate. The benefits we bring are our objectivity, skill, and deep varied experience. Our motivations are pure as we are paid for the value we bring and then we leave. Simple. 

We are not trying to advance up the corporate ladder or get a fulltime job and as a result there are no ulterior motives. Trust is implicit. As 'A' team employees in the corporate world we were continuously sent from location to location handling the most complex and troubled situations with little to no recovery time in between. This has taken a huge toll on quality of life and family.  

Now, we are more analogous to 'The Wrecking Crew' who was a loose collective of Los Angeles-based session musicians whose services were employed for a great number of studio recordings, including hundreds of top 40 hits. We focus on Plan and Execution not building slide decks and endless emails. Communication is key and we provide clients/partners updates but we focus on the floor. Our model is disruptive as we pay our team members well while offering a highly competitive fee structure.  It is typical for firms to blend rates with a senior advisor then add several junior resources that are of low skill or experience. 

We prefer to teach and mentor your team where possible so they are able to sustain the solutions once we are done.  We are either onsite or our home offices. Then, we take the time to decompress before diving into the next assignment. We do not waste your fees on marketing or offices as our work speaks for itself.

This will start with a conversation to assess your needs and potential fit with our approach. If the scope of the request can be clearly defined we would break down proposed services on a fixed fee time basis with clear deliverables for initial work. A services agreement is jointly created and an initial deposit is provided before we mobilize resources. Subsequent phases of work would be estimated to provide an overall project budget
